“I dreamt of winning the European U21 championships tonight,” he told the Spanish daily newspaper El Mundo.

“I dream of winning the Scudetto with Napoli next season and then I dream of going to the European Championships with Spain next year.”

The Partenopei signed the left-footed midfielder from Real Betis last summer for €30m and he scored seven times in 40 games in his first season at the Stadio San Paolo.
