Milan accepted the offer, but Theo refused to join the newly promoted side.

Theo has scored five goals and provided six assists in 49 appearances across all competitions with Milan this season.

Al-Hilal have targeted another primary name in Italian football, having sent an offer for Inter coach Simone Inzaghi, who is expected to meet the Nerazzurri directors in the coming hours.
