Genoa have reportedly set their sights on a Bosman swoop for ex-Juventus winger Eljero Elia.
Elia has spent the last three years in Turkey with Istanbul Basaksehir, but his contract expires at the end of the season.
Aware of his situation, Calciomercato.it claims Genoa would like to bring in the Dutchman on a free transfer.
The 33-year-old is best known in Italy for his one-season spell with Juventus in 2011-12.
Despite winning a Scudetto, he was rarely used by Antonio Conte, playing just five times in all competitions.

He has also attracted interest from Basaksehir’s league rivals Sivasspor, but the website writes he would prefer to return to a country nearer to his native Netherlands.
A move to Genoa is only possible if they manage to stay in Serie A, and they are currently just two points clear of the relegation zone.
