The Old Trafford side confirmed the news that the 33-year-old is staying via their official Twitter account this evening.

The announcement puts an end to the speculation linking the France international with a move to Inter, which has been ongoing in recent months.
He was also widely reported to have held talks with Juventus over a move to the Old Lady earlier this week, with some outlets even claiming he had undergone a medical at Juventus Stadium.
Evra’s Red Devils teammate Nemanja Vidic will be moving to San Siro during the summer.
