Roma ultras openly criticised club CEO Lina Souloukou with a banner outside Trigoria: ‘You are the evil of Rome.’

Roma fans are furious following De Rossi’s sudden sacking earlier this week.

The Giallorossi are winless in the opening four Serie A games, but tension between the ex-coach and part of the board is believed to have led to De Rossi’s sacking on Wednesday.

Fans have particularly criticised CEO Souloukou, and now ultras have openly blamed the director with a banner outside Trigoria on Friday night.

The banner reads: ‘De Rossi, the sea of Rome. Lina the evil of Rome.’

De Rossi has been replaced by Ivan Juric. Roma’s next Serie A game is on Sunday against Udinese at the Stadio Olimpico.
