Everton fans have raised over €2,000 as they plan to produce a banner for Moise Kean after he was racially abused as a Juventus player.

Kean is one of Italy’s most promising young forwards, already scoring two goals for the Azzurri in his three senior caps.

However, the 19-year-old was subjected to racist chanting during Juve’s 2-0 win at Cagliari last season.

However, the 19-year-old was subjected to racist chanting during Juve’s 2-0 win at Cagliari last season.

In a bid to show their support for the new boy, a JustGiving page has been set up to fund a banner that emphasises Everton ‘are a family and are united against racism’ .

It would be displayed during the Toffees’ first home game of the new Premier League season against Watford on August 17.

Despite the target being £1,000 (€1,086), supporters have raised £2,107 (€2,290) for Kean, who recently moved from the Bianconeri in a €30m deal.
