Europa League: Roma vs. Slavia Praha – probable line-ups

José Mourinho is not expected to rotate his squad much in a Europa League game match against Slavia Praha tonight, confirming Romelu Lukaku in attack.

It kicks off at 20:00 BST at the Stadio Olimpico in Rome.

Diego Llorente will return to the starting XI, joining Gianluca Mancini and Evan N’Dicka in a back-three.

Chris Smalling has been training with the team but is still not fit to play a competitive match.

This means Bryan Cristante will return in central midfield with Leandro Paredes and one between Houssem Aouar or Edoardo Bove with the Algerian favourite over the Italian.

Leonardo Spinazzola is expected to rest, making room for Nicola Zalewski on the right wing. Rasmus Kristensen is not on Roma’s UEFA list, so Rick Karsdorp should play on the right wing again, although Zaki Celik remains available.

Lukaku will start up front and should join Andrea Belotti again, with Stephan El Shaarawy initially on the bench. Lorenzo Pellegrini and Paulo Dybala are injured, Mourinho is serving the third of a four-match ban, while Serdar Azmoun is out of Roma’s UEFA list too.

Roma and Slavia have won their opening two Europa League games this season, collecting six points each.
