Roma are hoping to carry over their momentum from their recent win over Inter with another strong showing in tonight’s Europa League match against Real Betis.

The match between the Giallorossi and Los Verdiblancos kicks off at 20:00 UK time at the Stadio Olimpico in Rome.

Jose Mourinho’s side did not start their Europa League campaign on the front foot, suffering a frustrating 2-1 away loss to Ludogorets, but they found a little more positivity in their second outing, securing a 3-0 win over HJK.

Things have been much more positive for Real Betis, who beat both HJK and Ludogorets in their opening two European fixtures, giving them a clear chance of progressing to the Round of 16 of the competition.

Roma will not be able to count on Lorenzo Pellegrini, Georginio Wijnaldum, Ebrima Darboe or Rick Karsdorp for this evening’s match, with all four out injured. Real Betis’ only absence is winger Juanmi.

Probable line-ups for Roma vs Real Betis

Roma (3-4-2-1): Rui Patricio; Mancini, Smalling, Ibanez; Celik, Cristante, Matic, Zalewski; Dybala, Zaniolo; Belotti.

Real Betis (4-2-3-1): Bravo; Aitor Ruibal; Luiz Felipe, Victor Ruiz, Miranda; Guido Rodriguez, Guardado; Rodri, Fekir, Joaquin; Willian José.
