Napoli need a victory against a Leicester City side in the middle of a COVID-19 outbreak, but even that might not be enough for direct Europa League Round of 16 access.

It kicks off at the Stadio Diego Armando Maradona at 17.45 GMT.

You can follow all the build-up and action as it happens from today’s four European games on the LIVEBLOG.

Liveblog: Champions, Europa and Conference League clashes

It’s an incredibly tight group, as Leicester have eight points, Spartak Moscow and Napoli seven, Legia Warsaw six.

The winners go through directly to the Europa League Round of 16, whereas the runners-up face play-offs with the sides who dropped from the Champions League, and third place go into the Conference League.

Napoli will top the group if they win and Spartak Moscow do not, but their head-to-head record with Spartak is negative.

They are without injured Kalidou Koulibaly, Victor Osimhen, Lorenzo Insigne, Fabian Ruiz, Andre-Frank Zambo Anguissa and Stanislav Lobotka.

Andrea Petagna gets the nod upfront rather than Dries Mertens, with support from Adam Ounas, Chucky Lozano and Eljif Elmas.

Leicester have a COVID outbreak within the club, affecting seven players and three members of staff.

Jamie Vardy therefore gets a rare Europa League start upfront, while Youri Tielemans is back after five games out with a calf injury.

Patson Daka is the one to watch, scoring five goals in five Europa League games, but he’s on the bench initially.
