Roma rotate after a 4-0 first leg victory and with Romelu Lukaku injured, so Sardar Azmoun and Tommaso Baldanzi start against Roberto De Zerbi’s Brighton for a place in the Europa League quarter-finals.
It kicks off at the Amex Stadium at 20.00 GMT.
The first leg was a triumph at the Stadio Olimpico, but Lukaku does not make the visit due to a recurring hip problem, with Paulo Dybala also not at 100 per cent.
Rasmus Kristensen and Dean Huijsen are ineligible, with Chris Smalling, Renato Sanches and Tammy Abraham injured, so Azmoun and January signing Baldanzi get rare starts.
Brighton and Hove Albion know they have nothing more to lose after the 4-0 first leg result and could go all-out here to prove a point.
Joao Pedro, James Milner, Jack Hinshelwood and Kaoru Mitoma are still out injured, with Billy Gilmour returning after a three-match Premier League ban, but did feature in the first leg.
Julio Enciso missed the entire group stage with a knee injury, though played 45 minutes in the first leg.
Danny Welbeck is supported by Enciso and the impressive Simon Adingra.
