Juventus, Roma, Lazio and Fiorentina are the four Serie A representatives involved in today’s Europa League and Conference League knock-out stage draw. Here are the events as they happen.
The Bianconeri dropped down to the Europa League following their third place finish in Group H. Massimiliano Allegri’s side finished nine points behind Paris Saint-Germain and Benfica, reflecting their poor work in the group stages. Juventus could be drawn against these teams: PSV, Rennes, Union Berlin, Manchester United, Midtjylland, Nantes, Monaco.
Roma booked their spot in the knock-out stages with a win over Ludogorets. Their second place finish in Group C means they’ll face one of the teams relegated from the Champions League. Jose Mourinho’s side could face off against: Ajax, Bayer Leverkusen, Barcelona, Sporting CP, RB Salzburg, Shakhtar Donetsk, Sevilla.
Lazio were relegated to the Conference League after finishing third in Group F, tied on points with both Feyenoord and Midtjylland but behind on goal difference. The Biancocelesti could be drawn against: Anderlecht, Lech Poznan, Partizan Belgrade, Dnipro, KAA Gent, Cluj, FC Basel.
Fiorentina finished in Group A of the Europa Conference League, tied on points but behind on goal difference to winners Istanbul Basaksehir. The Viola could be drawn against: Bodo/Glimt, AEK Larnaca, Ludogorets, Braga, Sheriff, Qarabag, Trabzonspor.
