UEFA have announced their schedule for the 2022-23 Europa Conference League, allowing a fired up Fiorentina to know the dates of their international clashes.
The Viola qualified for the competition after beating FC Twente 2-1 on aggregate in the preliminary round, thrusting the Florence side back into European competition for the first time since their 2016-17 Europa League campaign.
Vincenzo Italiano will be looking at Roma’s successful run in the Conference League last year for inspiration, hoping to guide Fiorentina to their first European title since the 1960–61 European Cup Winners’ Cup.
Fiorentina have been drawn into Group A alongside Hearts of Midlothian, Istanbul Basaksehir and Rigas Futbola Skola.
