Defending champions Italy, coached by ex-Serie A striker Bernardo Corradi, won Group A with two wins and one loss, while Spain finished as runners-up in Group B behind France.
Les Blues will face Ukraine, the only team that beat Italy in the group phase, in the other semifinal, also on July 25 but with kick-off time at 20:00 CET.
