Italy will be fourth seeds along with the play-off teams in the EURO 2024 draw this evening, despite their title as reigning Champions of Europe.
The draw takes place in Hamburg, starting at 17.00 GMT, as 24 teams will participate in the tournament that is hosted by Germany from June 14 to July 14, 2024.
Only 21 teams are in the draw today, though, because there are gaps left for the three who come through the play-offs in March.
As Italy scraped through in second place thanks to a superior head-to-head record with Ukraine, they are only in Pot 4, along with Serbia, Switzerland and the three play-off winners.
