Euro 2020 will be played at 12 different venues and will kick off at Rome’s Stadio Olimpico where Italy will face Turkey. It was supposed to be originally played at 13 venues, but two hosts were removed, Brussels in December 2017 due to delays with the building of the Eurostadium and Dublin in 2021 as there was no guarantee that spectators could attend. Spain had to change their host city from Bilbao to Seville for the same reason.
