Former Sampdoria and Roma striker Patrick Schick has scored a wonder goal for Czech Republic, his second of the game.

The 25-year-old, who broke through at Sampdoria in 2016-17, scored a screamer from the halfway line, lobbing David Marshall in the Scotland goal.

Marshall was off his line and Schick never hesitated when he received the through ball, as he smashed it goalward with his first touch.

Schick also made it 1-0 in the first half and has contributed both goals for the visitors in Glasgow, scoring a brace within 52 minutes.

The Bayer Leverkusen striker left Roma on a permanent deal last summer and scored nine goals in 29 Bundesliga games in 2020-21.
