Samuel Eto’o says it ‘hurts’ to see José Mourinho at Roma as he hoped to see the Special One back to Inter.
The former Barcelona and Inter striker won the treble with the Special One at the Giuseppe Meazza in 2010 and would want to see him return to the club.
“I would have liked to have seen Mourinho at Inter,” the former striker told AS.
“I wish him nothing but good luck at Roma. Still he must understand that, as much as I love him, Inter will always come first for me.
“I won’t lie, it hurts to see the man who gave me the opportunity to win in Italy go to another team.
“But I know that he is happy, and friendship comes first.”
