Coach Nuno Esprito Santo warns Porto “will have to be very organised” against Roma tomorrow.

The Portuguese side know they must score at Stadio Olimpico, having drawn 1-1 with the Giallorossi in the first leg of their Champions League play-off.

“We’ve already shown that we never give up, we’re a team that looks to achieve its objective, namely the group,” Esprito Santo told reporters in his pre-match Press conference.

“We need to be more solid, something that is always valid, and we have to score the chances we create because we didn’t do that in the first leg and we also conceded a goal.

“We did very well and we deserved a different result, tomorrow we’ll need to be balanced, it’ll be a hostile atmosphere and we will have to be very organised.

“Whoever takes the pitch must feel the pride of playing for Porto, the concentration is at the maximum and the players are in solidarity to achieve our goal of playing in the group stage of the Champions League.

“The result [from the first leg] keeps us alive, it’ll be difficult at the Olimpico but we’re prepared to achieve our goals.

“We have to fight for every ball and every metre, we’ve shown that we never give up and we’ll do that again tomorrow.”

Esprito Santo also confirmed that Iker Casillas will start tomorrow, despite a shaky display in the first leg.
