Spezia Calcio announce that defender Martin Erlic has extended his contract with the newly-promoted club to June 2024.
The Croatia Under-21 international helped them to their first ever promotion into Serie A.
He has signed a new deal with the club that will keep him with Spezia until June 2024.
The 22-year-old is currently out of action after he contracted COVID-19.
Erlic has spent most of his career in Italy, moving to Parma’s youth academy in 2014.
He went on to Sassuolo, Sudtirol and then Spezia in 2018.
