Eljero Elia has confirmed that his adventure at Juventus will come to an end before the start of next season.

Elia won the championship during his first campaign in Italy, but the winger was used for just 107 minutes in the League over four appearances.

“I’ll leave Juventus,” the 25-year-old told Eredivisie Live. “I’ve already agreed with Juventus that I will be joining another club.

“I just have the desire to start enjoying football again and my agent is evaluating all offers.”

The Dutch international, who has subsequently missed out on Euro 2012, has been linked with clubs in Germany and England.

Elia moved to Juventus in August from Hamburg in a deal which cost the Turin giants €9m.
