Stephan El Shaarawy arrived for his Monaco medical this morning, as Milan are set to receive €16m.
The 22-year-old agreed terms on Friday and should complete his transfer over the next few hours.
It’s believed the Rossoneri will receive €3m for an initial loan and €13m in 2016 to make the move permanent.
There are reports the clause is automatically activated at his 15th appearance for the club.
