Maurizio Sarri, Jorginho, Emerson Palmieri and Davide Zappacosta are in the Europa League Final against Arsenal after Chelsea beat Eintracht Frankfurt on penalties.
The first leg had ended 1-1 in Germany and Ruben Loftus-Cheek provided the perfect start at Stamford Bridge by side-footing into the far bottom corner.
However, Eintracht Frankfurt – who eliminated Inter – equalised when Luka Jovic pounced on a David Luiz error to break clear through the middle.

In extra time, David Luiz and Davide Zappacosta both denied Sebastian Haller with goal-line clearances, while substitute Gonzalo Higuain failed to finish off a dangerous counter-attack.
Italy international Emerson Palmieri forced a save at the near post, followed by a desperate Martin Hinteregger block to prevent him turning in the rebound.
Zappacosta also saw his scorcher fingertipped over the bar by Kevin Trapp and Cesar Azpilicueta got the ball in the net after Trapp fumbled, but it was disallowed for a foul on the goalkeeper.
It went to penalties and Cesar Azpilicueta’s was saved, Jorginho converted and Hinteregger hit his straight at Kepa’s legs.
Goncalo Paciencia came off the bench in extra time just to take his penalty only to see it saved, so Eden Hazard kept his cool to convert the decisive kick.
In the other semi-final, Arsenal made short work of Valencia, as former Milan striker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang bagged a hat-trick at the Mestalla for their 4-2 victory on the night, 7-3 on aggregate.
That means both the Champions League and the Europa League Finals will be all-English affairs, three of them based in London.
