“It was not an easy match, because Torino were clammed up and went on the counter-attack rapidly,” Di Francesco told Sky Sport Italia.

“It was not an easy match, because Torino were clammed up and went on the counter-attack rapidly,” Di Francesco told Sky Sport Italia.
“We tried to press them early, especially in the first half, then the goal changed the dynamics of the game. After the break we lifted the tempo, but they just got deeper and kicked long balls for their strikers.
“Simone Missiroli would’ve been useful and even fundamental in a balanced game like this. I am nonetheless happy with the performance and we had the right attitude.”
