Inter forward Eder is reportedly close to a move to China, where he would more than double his wages with Jiangsu Suning.

The Italian international struggled to break into Luciano Spalletti’s first XI last season, making just four Serie A starts.

With the arrival of Lautaro Martinez this summer his chances are likely to be even more limited, and Sky reports that he has an offer from Jiangsu Suning.

The Italian international struggled to break into Luciano Spalletti’s first XI last season, making just four Serie A starts.

With the arrival of Lautaro Martinez this summer his chances are likely to be even more limited, and Sky reports that he has an offer from Jiangsu Suning.

While Eder had wanted to stay at San Siro, it’s believed that he would more than double his wages, with the contract on offer said to be €27m gross over two seasons.

Currently he earns around €2.5m net per year.

The 31-year-old has therefore accepted the move, with Inter to receive around €6m as a transfer fee.

Both clubs are owned by Suning Group, so there should be no problem coming to terms, and Eder’s departure would free up another space in the Nerazzurri’s attack, not to mention the Champions League list.
