Roma stars Edin Dzeko and Francesco Totti are out for three to four weeks, while Seydou Keita has two weeks on the sidelines.

All three picked up injuries during the 5-1 Serie A victory over Carpi on Saturday.

Totti has been diagnosed with a right thigh strain and is expected to be on the treatment table for around a month.

Dzeko also underwent tests today and was found to have a small lesion to the collateral ligament in his right knee.

Roma released a statement confirming the Bosnia international striker will be out for three to four weeks.

As for midfielder Keita, it’s a thigh problem, and both players should be out of action for a couple of weeks.
