Dzeko also underwent tests today and was found to have a small lesion to the collateral ligament in his right knee.
Roma released a statement confirming the Bosnia international striker will be out for three to four weeks.
As for midfielder Keita, it’s a thigh problem, and both players should be out of action for a couple of weeks.
