Sky Sport Italia reports the Giallorossi CEO will meet with the 34-year-old centre-forward, who has been linked with Juventus in recent weeks.
The report claims Dzeko will make a decision on his future, despite having a contract until June 2022 at the Olimpico.
If Dzeko says he wants to remain in Rome, Fienga will not contact Juventus. But if the striker wishes to move, the CEO will enter negotiations with the Bianconeri.
Dzeko arrived from Manchester City in July 2016 and has since scored 106 times in 222 games for La Lupa, contributing 50 assists in the process.
