Inter will pay just under €2m for Edin Dzeko, who should complete his move from Roma to the Nerazzurri today.
The compensation for Dzeko’s signature helps the Friedkins avoid a loss from the departure of the Bosnian, according to La Gazzetta dello Sport.
Dzeko, who arrived at Roma from Manchester City in August 2015, is set to sign a two-year deal with Inter worth €5m a year.
The 35-year-old, capped 114 times by Bosnia-Herzegovina, scored 119 times in 260 competitive games with the Giallorossi, including 85 in 199 Serie A games.
The newspaper reports Roma and Inter have reached an agreement over a compensation just below €2m for the striker, who can complete his move to San Siro on Tuesday.
