Edin Dzeko will meet his ex-Roma teammate Mohamed Salah in Inter-Liverpool tonight and will be looking to score his fourth consecutive goal against the Reds.

The 35-year-old has scored one goal in each one of his last three matches against the Reds and will be looking for his fourth one in the first leg of the Champions League Round of 16 at San Siro tonight.

Dzeko found the net against Liverpool while playing for Manchester City in 2015 and scored two more in the 2017-18 Champions League semi-finals with Roma. He is the only player, along with Emmanuel Adebayor and Didier Drogba, to have scored in both legs in the Champions League against the Reds.

On the other hand, Salah could play his 50th Champions League match with the Reds. He has scored 32 goals in his first 49 appearances in the competition with the Premier League giants. Only Cristiano Ronaldo and Robert Lewandowski have scored more goals with their clubs after the first 50 Champions League appearances. Ronaldo scored 51 goals in his first 50 games with Real Madrid, while Lewandowski managed 36 with Bayern Munich.
