According to Tuttosport, the player nicknamed ‘La Joya’ – who scored a brace against Udinese on Saturday – will be rewarded with a new contract until 2021.
The deal will include an increase of €4.5m per season plus bonuses, with an official annoucement soon to arrive.

Juventus director general Beppe Marotta spoke about the issue – along with the renewal of Leonardo Bonucci – after the game with Udinese, and hinted that the increased contracts were being drawn up in order to bring them into line with the club’s highly paid new signings.
“The renewals of Bonucci and Dybala? They are already well paid players, but it is right to give them recognition. We are working to adapt their contract also in order to maintain balance in the dressing room."
