Denzel Dumfries provided two assists in the Netherlands’ 3-0 win over Gibraltar and has changed agents as Inter prepare to cash in on the Dutchman.

The 26-year-old did not take part in the Oranje’s 4-0 loss to France last week due to suspension, carried over from his sending off in the quarter-final loss to Argentina at the World Cup in Qatar. He impressed upon his return, providing two key assists in a 3-0 win over Gibraltar.

Dumfries has done well under Simone Inzaghi this season but Inter look on track to sell the Dutchman, needing to generate some resources for the summer transfer window.

As highlighted by Calciomercato.com, Dumfries has switched agents from Rafaela Pimenta to the Wasserman Group, an agency that also represent players like Alejandro Grimaldo.

Inter are hoping to sell the 26-year-old right back for around €40-45m, allowing them to reinvest in new reinforcements.

This season, Dumfries has scored one goal and provided six assists across 24 Serie A appearances.
