“The clubs are continuing negotiations,” the Slovakia international told reporters.
“I will be an Inter player by the end of this week or at the latest next weekend, when we can finalise the details of the transfer.
“Could I stay at Legia? Let’s just say it’s much more likely that I will leave, as I am just waiting for the clubs to reach an agreement.
“Going to Italy represents a big step forward in my career and I can improve so much. I am very grateful to Legia, as without them I wouldn’t have been spotted on the market.
“Serie A is a top league, but what I really need is the faith of the club, just as I did in Warsaw.”
