The Belgium international has scored 21 goals in 33 Serie A games this term and the former Ivory Coast international sent a message to congratulate the 27-year-old.

“Put some respect on his name, Romelu Lukaku,” Drogba wrote on Twitter. “CHAMPION. Congrats my brother.”

Drogba hails the former Chelsea striker on social media with a photo of the Belgian striker holding the Scudetto with the Juventus players in the background.

The former Manchester United striker arrived at Inter in the summer of 2019 and has contributed 61 goals in 92 games so far.

In his first season with the Nerazzurri, Inter finished second in Serie A and runners-up in the Europa League.

Lukaku, who aimed a dig at Zlatan Ibrahimovico after securing the Scudetto, thanked Drogba for the message.
