Aston Villa midfielder Douglas Luiz will reportedly undergo his medical with Juventus today.
Brazil international Douglas Luiz will undergo his Juventus medical today, Romeo Agresti reports on X, formerly Twitter.
The Aston Villa midfielder will undergo medical tests in the USA on behalf of the Old Lady before completing a maxi-swap deal involving Samuel Iling-Junior and Enzo Barrenechea. On top of that, Juventus will also pay €25m.

Iling-Junior, a product of the Chelsea academy, has already undergone his medical with Aston Villa and the same is true of Argentinean midfielder Barrenechea.
Douglas Luiz is currently in the USA where his national team, Brazil, are taking part in the Copa America.
Reports in Italy claim that Douglas Luiz’s girlfriend, Alisha Lehmann, will also move to Turin from Aston Villa and join Juventus’ Women’s team.
Douglas Luiz collected ten goals and ten assists in 53 appearances across all competitions with Aston Villa in 2023-24 and has 15 appearances with the Brazil national team.
