The 22-year-old will leave Milan as a free agent as his contract expires on June 30.
He has reached an agreement to join PSG, signing a five-year, €12m-a-year deal.
The Ligue 1 giants have doubled Donnarumma’s wages, and the goalkeeper will leave Italy for the first time in his career.
He came through the Milan academy before making his senior debut under Sinisa Mihajlovic, aged 16.
Donnarumma played 251 games in a Rossoneri shirt.
According to Sky Sport Italia and Calciomercato.com, Donnarumma will undergo his medical examinations in Florence on Monday.
Donnarumma will still be on international duty with Italy at that time.
The Azzurri play the third and last game of the Euro 2020 group stage against Wales on Sunday.
They won the opening two matches against Turkey and Switzerland with Donnarumma, who kept a clean sheet in both games.
According to Sky Sport Italia, the 22-year-old won’t leave PSG on loan and will remain at his new club with Keylor Navas, who has recently extended his contract with PSG.
