Milan are reportedly ready to sell Gianluigi Donnarumma to PSG, hoping to reinvest in Real Madrid outcasts Isco or James Rodriguez.

According to La Gazzetta dello Sport and Corriere dello Sport, Donnarumma is very close to accepting a move to Paris Saint-Germain, where he’d reunite with former Rossoneri director Leonardo.

The initial offer of €20m plus Alphonse Areola was rejected, as the San Siro giants want cash only to part with their 20-year-old sensation.

If the Parisians were to meet the asking price, then Pepe Reina would be bumped up to first choice goalkeeper and Milan might reinvest in support for Krzysztof Piatek.

Atletico Madrid continue to demand €55m for Angel Correa, so Milan could instead go for one of two Real Madrid players who are surplus to requirements.

James Rodriguez is available for €42m, a figure so far Napoli have refused to pay, while Real would prefer to sell him abroad than to rivals Atletico Madrid.

Another intriguing option is Isco, who is valued at €70m, but Milan would try to lean on their traditionally strong rapport with Real Madrid to get a discount, or at least spread the payments.

The Merengues need to bring in cash to pursue Paris Saint-Germain want-away striker Neymar.
