With Milan confirming their talks for Napoli goalkeeper Pepe Reina, the Corriere dello Sport claims Gianluigi Donnarumma is heading to PSG.

Reina will be a free agent when his contract expires in June and director of sport Massimiliano Mirabelli announced on Mediaset Premium that they had informed Napoli of their intention to speak with his agent.

Although that doesn’t necessarily mean Reina will take over as their Number One at San Siro, it does suggest Donnarumma’s future might not be entirely secure.

According to the Corriere dello Sport today, Reina is offered a three-year contract worth €3m per season and that’s not the kind of deal given to an understudy.

Donnarumma could therefore be heading for the exit, with Paris Saint-Germain the favourites so as to avoid reinforcing a direct rival.

This would be even more likely if PSG hired Antonio Conte as a replacement for Unai Emery.
