Italy goalkeeper Gianluigi Donnarumma spends his day off at the clinic, as he left the retreat to carry out his Paris Saint-Germain medical today.

The goalkeeper took advantage of the day off to undergo the required medical test, as La Gazzetta dello Sport reports he’s on the verge of signing a five-year contract with the Ligue 1 giants.

The 22-year-old goalkeeper, who kept another clean sheet against Wales on Sunday, left the hotel at Parco dei Principi this morning to go to the Sant’Andrea clinic and carry out the necessary checks before moving to PSG.

After the medical, he will reportedly sign a deal until June 2026 worth €10m a season.

Donnarumma, who was booed at the Olimpico last night, decided against renewing with the Rossoneri and leaves as a free agent.

Italy are currently on a run of 30 games unbeaten and have surpassed 1000 minutes without conceding.

The youngster has already played 251 competitive games with Milan and helped the Diavolo to second in Serie A 2020-21, qualifying for the Champions League next season.
