Gianluigi Donnarumma has completed the medical examinations ahead of his move to Paris Saint-Germain.

SportItalia reports the former Italy goalkeeper has left the hospital after finishing the medical that will help him complete the move from Milan to PSG on a free transfer this summer.

After a year of speculation regarding the 22-year-old’s future in the fashion capital, Donnarumma decided against renewing with the Rossoneri.

He reportedly told his teammates at Milanello he would leave after the last game and the shot stopper has reached an agreement with PSG.

After having completed the required tests, Donnarumma can sign a five-year deal worth €10m a season with the Ligue 1 giants.

The goalkeeper was accompanied by the Azzurri team coordinator Gianluca Vialli, taking advantage of a day off from the European Championship.

Italy CT Roberto Mancini gave the players some time off after qualifying for the round of 16, and Donnarumma decided to carry out the required medical visit.
