Milan have agreed a transfer with Chelsea for Christian Pulisic and the USMNT striker will have his medical at the weekend, claim multiple sources.

The clubs had already been close to an agreement over the last couple of days and they shook hands on the deal this evening.

Sky Sport Italia, Sportitalia, Calciomercato.com and more all have the same story, that the medical is being planned over the weekend.

It is believed the cost of the transfer will be €20m plus add-ons and performance-related bonuses.

Pulisic was down to the final year of his contract at Stamford Bridge and had already made his position clear, rejecting a more lucrative proposal from Olympique Lyonnais.

The 24-year-old was purchased from Borussia Dortmund in 2019 for a massive €64m, but never quite delivered on that promise.

He scored 26 goals and provided 21 assists in 145 competitive games for the Blues.

Pulisic also has 23 goals in 57 senior caps for the USMNT, but it is thanks to his Croatian roots that he can register for Milan as an EU player.

He becomes the second Chelsea player to join Milan this summer after Ruben Loftus-Cheek, who cost €16m plus up to another €5.5m in bonuses.
