“I will just say that there was a Juventus player walking off the field for half-time who was complaining to his teammate, saying if it was a penalty then Rugani had to be sent off, and that means we really have to reflect,” Donadoni told Mediaset Premium.
“If anything, we had reasons to complain, because Rugani should’ve gone for that push. Then on Sami Khedira’s goal, there was a push on Cheick Keita.”
The tactician had also protested against the refereeing after last week’s 2-1 defeat to Milan.
“As for the game itself, we go back home with regrets, because we were in control, but unfortunately we made mistakes and Juve’s superior technical quality made the difference after the break.
“Douglas Costa is the kind of player who can change a game, even if at times we allowed him to cut on to his favoured foot too easily.
“We had the chance to restore our lead when it was 1-1, but weren’t precise in front of goal, whereas our opponents were. It’ll be a lesson for the future.”
Donadoni will by most accounts not be in that future for Bologna, as he is widely expected to walk away.
“Now we have to focus on ending the season well, as there are still two games to go. Any other considerations will be made after the final match.
“I have always been motivated and focus on doing my best with an exceptional group.”
