Roberto Donadoni warned Parma can only turn a corner after “shaking off psychological problems.”

The Ducali have looked a shadow of their former selves so far this season, sitting joint bottom of the table with one win and five defeats.

“We have several important players away on international duty and when they return they’ll give the group a big hand,” the Coach told La Gazzetta dello Sport.

“We have to shake off our problems, above all the psychological ones. We know that we’ll have to struggle against Atalanta and I am pushing them hard.”

The poor form of the team is not reflected in Massimo Coda, who has scored two Serie A goals in five appearances and provided two assists, despite playing only 245 minutes of football.

“If Coda continues like this, he’ll see his chances of playing improve game after game. That is what I expect from him,” added Donadoni.
