Roberto Donadoni insists Parma’s Europa League “fate is in our hands” after a chaotic 3-2 defeat to Lazio.

The Ducali remain in sixth place, but after a 17-round unbeaten run have now lost two on the bounce.

“It was an odd game where just about everything happened. We could’ve won and instead we lost,” the Coach told Mediaset Premium.

“It’s a shame, as the lads are doing very well, but at least we can learn from this defeat and cancel out those mistakes in future.

“This was a great performance in terms of chances created, but we also allowed Lazio a lot of space and they took advantage of it.

“Our position in the table remains positive and our fate is in our hands. We will fight to the end.”

Parma face Roma on Wednesday to finish the game that was rained off last month, as it will resume from 0-0 at the 11th minute.
