Inter defender Federico Dimarco joked with his teammate Yann Sommer on social media, calling him ‘Bruce Wayne’ while Lautaro Martinez celebrated a 1-0 win over Fiorentina saying the Nerazzurri ‘talk about nobody.’

The Nerazzurri returned to the top of the Serie A table on Sunday night thanks to a 1-0 victory over Fiorentina at the Stadio Franchi in Florence.

Inter defender Federico Dimarco was an unused substitute in Tuscany but did enjoy his teammates’ victory on and off the pitch.

The Italy international commented on Sommer’s Instagram post after the game, praising the Swiss keeper who had saved a penalty in the second half. Dimarco called Sommer ‘Bruce Wayne’ and Inter’s ‘holy card.’

The Nerazzurri captain, Lautaro Martinez, also celebrated on social media after scoring his 19th goal in 19 Serie A games this term.

“We continue on our way without looking at anyone and talking about nobody. We continue like this with our targets, well-done, boys.”

Many Inter fans commented on Lautaro’s post, seeing a message for Juventus and their coach, Massimiliano Allegri, who had compared the title race to a challenge between ‘thieves and guards’ reportedly irritating the Nerazzurri.

  1. Yes Lautaro, Inter don’t need to talk about anybody given the protection by the referees and VAR that Inter has had in the last 2 years. Another scudetto di cartone.
