Didac Vila will play his football at Valencia next season after an agreement was reached with Milan, reports AS.
The 23-year-old, who spent last term at Espanyol, will move back to Spain on a loan deal at a cost of €800,000.
Valencia will then have an enforced option to sign the left-back outright for a further €4.2m next summer.
