Eusebio Di Francesco hailed Sassuolo’s “attitude” after a prestigious 2-2 draw away to Roma.
The Neroverdi were twice in front at the Stadio Olimpico and remain unbeaten this season.
“I am very happy with our performance in general,” the Coach told Rai Sport.
“I liked the attitude and must compliment those who haven’t played much this season, yet made sure they were ready when called upon.

“I wanted a left-footed player on the right and Domenico Berardi wasn’t 100 per cent fit, so I chose Matteo Politano. He impressed me in training and was really eager to do well here.
“Is our objective the Europa League? There’s a long way to go and we must continue to work with humility.
“Whether or not Roma win the Scudetto won’t depend on this result, but our Serie A safety could well do.”
