Hellas Verona are in talks with Eusebio Di Francesco and Igor Tudor to replace Ivan Juric as the new coach, but Empoli won’t release Alessio Dionisi.
Juric has already left the Stadio Bentegodi for his role at Torino, having taken Verona to mid-table comfort for two consecutive campaigns.
They are seeking a replacement and among the candidates are Andrea Pirlo’s Juventus assistant manager Tudor.
Now Sky Sport Italia suggest former Roma, Sampdoria and Cagliari coach Di Francesco is an option to take over.
Dionisi can be ruled out, as Empoli are refusing to let their 41-year-old tactician go after securing promotion with the Serie B title.
