Italy Under-21 boss Luigi Di Biagio will be in charge for the Azzurri’s friendlies against England and Argentina, according to FIGC candidate Damiano Tommasi.
Italy have yet to appoint a new CT, with the next FIGC President needing to be elected first, but Tommasi believes Di Biagio will be given a chance to stake his claim.
“Among the first things to do, immediately after the federal election, will be preparing for the two friendlies against England and Argentina,” the former Roma midfielder told TMW Radio.
