“It’s certainly not a beautiful time for us because we’re not where we wanted to be at this point of the season,” Di Biagio said at a press conference.

“We have to find something within us to make even some very small sense of this season finale. Our objective is to not finish bottom.

“If we have the same attitude as we did against Inter, we’ll have no problems. We have to go out as if our place in the table didn’t exist and almost for personal pride.

“I arrived when SPAL were bottom of the table and we still are now. We hope to climb at least one position.”
