The Boston business magnate is in the city to complete the takeover of the club, having agreed a basic deal this week.
He went on a tour of Rome today and was welcomed by the Roma Club Testaccio.
“It is an honour for me to be a part of the big Romanista family,” declared Di Benedetto.
