More details are emerging about the deal agreed between Inter and Sassuolo for Davide Frattesi, including bonuses, the evaluation of Samuele Mulattieri and his medical.

Frattesi’s agent confirmed this evening that they are ‘down to the details’ for the midfielder, while Mulattieri’s representative also met with Sassuolo to discuss personal terms.

There are slightly different versions of the figures circulating, but already far higher than the ones that were stated earlier today of €25m plus Mulattieri.

Sky Sport Italia and Sportitalia put the fee at €26-27m plus Mulattieri valued at €6-7m.

It is a loan with obligation to buy that is activated automatically in February 2024.

There will also be €5m in bonuses and a 10 per cent cut of any future transfer fee, setting the total value of Frattesi if all add-ons are fulfilled at €38m.

That seems more realistic, as Sassuolo director Giovanni Carnevali had said only a few days ago that Frattesi was worth €35-40m.

As for the player, he will receive a five-year contract earning €2.8m per season.

His medical could be scheduled for Friday.
